| Abstract: | Objective To determine the dissolution of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate.Methods High performance liquid chromatography method was used,with the detection wavelength at 218 nm.The oar method was used to study the dissolution of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate tablets.The rotative speed was 50 r/min and the dissolution medium was 200 ml of water.Results The linear range of the standard curve was 10-100 μg/ml,and the regression equation was Y=21 941X＋9741.2,r^2=0.9999（n=3）.The drug dissolution rate was over 90% at 30 min.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and specific for dissolution determination of 1′-acetoxychavicolacetate tablets. |
