| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究多靶点组合对强迫障碍的治疗作用。方法 :采用立体定向方法 ,运用多元化定位和多靶点组合 ,射频热凝治疗强迫障碍 7例。采用总疗效评定量表 (GAS)和精神外科手术副反应量表 (PSESS)对照评估。结果 :7例强迫症中显效 3例 ,进步 4例。结论 :双侧扣带回 +双侧内囊前肢多靶点组合治疗 ,对难治性精神病的强迫症有明显的治疗作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy on intractable obsessive-compulsive disorder with multielement location and multi-nucleus lesion.Methods:7 patients with intractable obsessive-compulsive disorder were treated with stereotactic technique and multi-nucleus lesion. Global Assessment Scale (GAS) and Psychosurgery Treatment Emergent Symtom Scale (PSESS) were used to estimate the therapeutic efficacy.Results:3 cases appeared very effective and 4 cases were improved.Conclusion:The lesion of bilateral callosal gyrus and bilateral anterior limb of internal capsule might be an effective method to treat intractable obsessive-comlpulsive disorder. |
