| 摘 要： | 蛋白质在瘤胃中可被微生物分解成小肽、氨基酸和氨,而产氨过多则会造成蛋白质的浪费,因此,只有弄清瘤胃微生物与蛋白质之间的相互影响,才能为我们今后减少蛋白质浪费,提高利用率提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Protein can be degraded into small peptide, amino acid and NH3 by the rumen microorganisms, on the other hand, too much NH3 may cause the waste of protein. Therefore, only to research the effects between microorganisms and protein, which can provide a way to decrease the waste and theory to increase the rate of protein in the rurnen. |
