阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎疗效的分析

目的：观察阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效，并探讨其临床意义。方法对于2011年1月-2013年6月在本院进行治疗的84例婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎随机分为三组，常规对照组，全身激素治疗组和阿奇霉素观察组，常规对照组给予抗病毒、雾吸、解痉、祛痰等常规对症处理，在对照组的基础上，全身激素治疗组给予小剂量琥珀氢化考的松静滴，阿奇霉素观察组给予阿奇霉素静脉点滴，治疗5天后观察疗效。结果全身激素治疗组和阿奇霉素观察组治疗后总有效率均高于常规治疗组，有明显差异（ P＜0.05）。全身激素治疗组和阿奇霉素观察组比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎，安全性好，副作用较少，生物利用度较高，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Azithromycin Treatment of Infants and Young Children with Asthm atic Bronchitis Curative Effect

Objective To study of Azithromycin treatment of infants and young children with asthmatic bronchitis curative effect , and to explore its clinical significance.Methods From January 2011 to June 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 84 cases of infants and young children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into 3 groups , normal control group , the whole body hormone therapy group and Azithromycin group and normal control group given antiviral , fog, spasmolysis, eliminating phlegm and other conventional treatment , in the control group, on the basis of systemic hormone treatment group given small doses of amber hydrogenated jing drops , Azithromycin observation group was given Azithromycin intravenous drip , five days observation curative effect.Results Systemic hormone therapy group and Az-ithromycin group total effective rate were higher than conventional treatment group after treatment , there are significant differences （ P〈0.05 ）.Systemic hormone treatment group compared with Azithromycin group , there was no statistically significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）.Conclusions Azithromycin treatment of infants and young children with asthmatic bronchitis , good safety and less side effects , high bioavailability , worthy of clinical popularization and application.
