| 摘 要： | 作者回顾复习１４例经病理证实的胆囊癌ＣＴ影像。ＣＴ所见包括：肿块型７例，壁厚型６例，腔内型１例。１４例中１０例显示了淋巴播散。８例ＣＴ术前诊断正确、误诊６例。讨论了胆囊癌的ＣＴ表现、诊断价值的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | The images of CT scan in 14 cases with histologically proved gallbladder carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed.CT findings are included: mass 7 cases; thickened wall 6 cases; intraluminal mass 1 case. Lymphatic spread was seen in 10 cases. Eight cases were diagnosed correctly as cancer before operation, and 6 cases were misdiagnosed. Evalution of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma was discussed. |
