| 摘 要： | 目的应用Kappa统计量评价CT诊断腰椎间盘突出的常规阅片法及轮廓勾画法的一致性。资料与方法选择高年资甲医师既往常规阅片诊断过的144例腰腿痛患者的432个L3～S1椎间盘。由甲医师与低年资乙医师运用常规阅片法及轮廓勾画法重新诊断,间隔6周后甲医师运用轮廓勾画法再次诊断。应用Kappa统计量评价对相同病例甲医师运用同一方法前后2次诊断结果的一致性、2名医师运用同一方法诊断结果的一致性。结果运用常规阅片法、轮廓勾画法甲医师前后2次诊断结果的一致性分别为显著和极好,Kappa值分别为0.74和0.93。同时运用常规阅片法、轮廓勾画法甲、乙医师诊断结果的一致性分别为弱和极好,Kappa值分别为0.39和0.92。结论在CT诊断腰椎间盘突出方面,与常规阅片法相比,轮廓勾画法一致性较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the concordance of CT diagnosis for patients suspected of lumbar disk herniation through profile-outlined method and conventional reading by using Kappa statistic.Materials and Methods There were 432 L3-S1 disc of 144 cases of low back pain patients which doctor A had diagnosed.
