| 摘 要： | 目的探讨X线诊断中腰椎峡部裂的腰骶角与峡部裂性脊柱滑脱的相关性。方法研究组为45例L5双侧峡部裂并L5脊柱滑脱,取站立侧位X线片采用Ferguson’s方法测量腰骶角度;对照组为100例无滑脱的同龄青年人,取站立侧位X线片采用同样方法测量腰骶角。比较两组腰骶角的差异及研究组腰骶角与L5滑脱的关系。结果研究组L5峡部裂并脊柱滑脱腰骶角平均为(43.42±6.76)°。对照组100例无滑脱腰骶角平均为(38.29±5.88)°。两者比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.005)。研究组L5滑脱与腰骶角相关性检验差异有统计学意义(P(0.05),相关系数:0.352,两者呈正相关。结论研究组腰骶角均值明显大于对照组,与L5脊柱滑脱有明确的相关性,与L5峡部裂性脊柱滑脱的发生及程度有直接的关系,是峡部裂性脊柱滑脱的(促进)因素之一。 |
