微波联合盐酸坦洛新治疗慢性前列腺炎临床分析

目的观察盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择临床诊断为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者108例,随机分为三组,治疗组应用盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合微波治疗。对照1组单纯应用盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗,对照2组单纯应用微波治疗。结果总有效率治疗组为86.1%,对照1组为77.8%,对照2组为75%,治疗组与对照1组和对照2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NIH-CPSI总分治疗组与其他两组比较有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎较单纯应用盐酸坦洛新缓释片或微波治疗效果更明显。

Clinical analysis of microwave combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride therapy in treating chronic prostatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with microwave therapy in treating nonbacteria chronic prostatitis. Methods 108 cases of prostatitis patients which were diagnosed by clinic were randomly divided into three groups,treatment group given α-receptor blockers and microwave therapy,control group Ⅰ given α-receptor blockers and control group Ⅱ was treated with microwave therapy. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.1%,in control group Ⅰ was 77.8%,in control group Ⅱ was 75%,each treatment group was compared with control groupⅠand control group Ⅱ compared,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).NIH-CPSI score of treatment group compared with the other two groups was improved obviously,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of α-receptor blockers combined with microwave therapy n treating nonbacteria chronic prostatitis is better than single α-receptor blockers or microwave therapy.
