老年高血压患者静息心率、率压乘积及其临床意义

目的　探讨静息心率及率压乘积 ,在老年高血压患者中的变化及其意义。方法　 2 0 6例老年高血压患者 ,平均年龄 6 5 7岁 ,男 12 5例 ,女 81例 ,测定其静息心率、血压、血脂及血糖 ,并进行相关研究。结果　老年高血压组静息心率及率压乘积显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,合并左室肥厚者高于无左室肥厚者 (P <0 .0 5 )。合并高血糖及高胆固醇者 ,其静息心率显著高于血糖血脂正常者。结论　静息心率及率压乘积与高血压的发展、高血压靶器官损害左室肥厚及高血压合并代谢异常有关。

Changes and Significance of Resting Heart Rate and theRate-Pressure Product ion old Patients with Hypertension

Objective　To investigate changes and significance of resting heart rate and the rate-pressure product in old patients with hypertension. Method　206 hypertensive patients, average age 65.7 years, male 125 cases and female 81 cases, were examined in resting heart rate、rate-Pressure product-blood glucose、and blood lipid. Result　The resting heart rate (76.65±11.81) and rate-pressure product (7 882±1 669) were significantly increased in hypertensives compared with normotensives and increased much more in hypertensives with LVH than hypertensives without LVH. The resting heart rate of subjects with high cholesterol or high blood glucose is increased more than those without lipid or blood glucose abnormalities. Conclusion 　The resting heart rate and rate pressure product are associated with the development of hypertension as well as metabolic abnormalities.
