Sysmex XT-1800I血液分析仪临床应用评价

目的　探讨SysmexXT 180 0I实验室体外诊断血液分析仪的临床应用价值。方法　采用随机和不随机选择标本方法 ,计算精密度、携带污染率、总重复性、白细胞分类的鉴定、可比性等对SysmexXT 180 0I全自动五分类血液分析仪进行评价。结果　精密度CV值均在设计规定范围内 ,总重复性CV <5 %符合标准 ;携带污染率 <2 %符合标准要求 ;仪器白细胞分类与显微镜目测白细胞分类相关性相关系数为 :r =0 .5 61～ 0 .987,仪器与KX 2 1CBC参数测定的相关系数为 0 .999～ 0 .93 2之间 ;可比性P >0 .4～ 0 .5。结论　对XT 180 0I几项主要指标鉴定结果符合设计要求 ,是较好的全自动五分类仪器 ,能满足临床血液常规分析

Evaluation of Sysmex XT 1800I Blood Analysis Instrument

Objective To value the clinical application of a instrument, Sysmex XT 1800I.Methods The specimens were collected at and not at random. The Sysmex XT 1800I instrument, in which the blood five-classification was analyzed fully automatically, was evaluated through calculating the accurateness, contaminative rate, total repeatability, comparability, and so on.Results The CV value on accurateness was limited to within the designed rang. The CV value on total repeatability was lower than 5% and contaminative rate lower than 2%, which accorded with the standards. The correlation coefficients between the instrument and microscope's white cell classifications and between the instrument and KX 21 CBC parameter measurement were 0.561～0.987 and 0.999～0.932 respectively. The P value of comparability was greater than 0.4～0.5. Conclusion Sysmex XT 1800I is a good fully automatic five-classification instrument which is competent for the routine blood analysis because its main indexes are eligible.
