门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在原发性肝癌放疗时放射性肝损伤的保护作用

目的观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在原发性肝癌放疗时的保肝作用。方法选择经细胞学、影像学及AFP等明确诊断为肝癌并且已为中晚期而不宜手术治疗的病人为研究对象,在对其进行三维适形放疗的前后给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗。并设立对照组,通过生化检测观察原发性肝癌放疗同时给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗的肝功能改变。结果门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对放射治疗的肝癌病人的肝功能有明显的保护作用,病人放疗后丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶和胆红素有所升高,但能较快恢复正常。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸可以防治放射性肝损伤,保护和促进肝功能恢复,减少并发症,增加对放疗的耐受性。

Protective Effects of Ornithine Aspartate against Liver Impairment Secondary to Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the protective efects of orinithine aspartate(OA) on impaired liver function secondary to three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) for primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods Patients with unresectable PHC were randomized into two groups,i.e.trial group and control group.The patients in the trial group were injected with OA(7.5 g) daily since 3DCRT and those in the control group received radiotherapy alone.Their liver function was observed for the evaluation of OA.Results OA had an actively protective effect on the patients with PHC.There was a statistically significant recovery of liver function in the trial group compared with the control group.Conclusion OA can prevent the liver function from being damaged by radiotherapy in PHC patients.It may improve the patients'tolerance and compliance to the radiotherapy.
