目的 探讨临床使用不当致中药注射剂不良反应的原因,保障临床用药安全.方法 通过查阅有关文献资料,结合临床工作实践,总结归纳临床使用不当致中药注射剂不良反应的影响因素,并提出预防措施.结果 临床使用不当致中药注射剂不良反应的主要原因有药证不符、配伍不合理、超剂量使用等多方面.结论 必须加强中药注射剂的临床合理使用,以避免或减少中药注射剂不良反应的发生.

Analysis about ADR Associated with Incorrect Usage of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To discuss the cause of adverse drug reactions (ADR) associated with incorrect usage of traditional Chinese medicine, and guarantee the safety of clinical drug administration. Methods The concerned documentswere investigated, and the working practice was combined to the document data. The influence factors that cause incorrect drug usage and clinical side effects were summed up, and then preventive measures were put forward.Results The main causes of ADR associated with incorrect usage of traditional Chinese medicine are as follow: the drug that used was irrelevant to its indication, irrational combined administration of drugs, overdosing and so on. Conclusion The rational use of drugs should be strengthened, to avoid or reduce the occurrence of the ADR associated with traditional Chinese medicine.
