| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声刀在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的使用价值.方法 收集本院2006~2010年使用超声刀实施急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者26例与随机抽取同期使用高频单极电刀实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者30例进行比较.结果 2组病例在住院时间,术中出血,手术时间等方面差异有显著性.超声刀组中转开腹例数、术后胆瘘例数也较少.结...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application value of ultrasonic scalpel in acute cholecystitis laparoscope cholecystectomy.Methods 26 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis treated with ultrasonic scalpel laparoscope cholecystectomy collected from our hospital between 2006～2010 were compared with 30 cases of patients treated with laparoscope cholecystectomy by using high frequency single polar electrotome in the same period.Results The two groups showed some differences in terms of hospital stay,bleeding in operation and consequent conversion into laparotomy during the treatment.Yet the ultrasonic operation group had fewer cases of laparotomy conversion and consequent biliary fistula than the latter group.Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel is worth promoting in the clinical practice since it can improve the operational safety,shorten operation time and enhance the success rate in cholecystectomy. |
