| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高频彩超在甲状腺疾病中的鉴别诊断价值.方法 对经实验室检查及手术病理证实的216例患者的彩色多普勒超声图像进行对比分析.结果 甲状腺常见疾病在二维及彩色多普勒上有各自的声像图特征.结论 对于甲状腺疾病在二维声像图的基础上结合彩色多普勒有助于提高其诊断准确性.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of high frequency color Dopplar ultrasound in distinguishing and diagnosing thyroid diseases.Methods 216 patients' color dopplar ultrasound images were contrastively analyzed,which had been examined at laboratories and proved by operational pathology.Results Common thyroid diseases reflect their characters respectively in two-dimension and color Dopplar ultrasound images.Conclusion A reference to a color Dopplar ultrasound picture on the basis of a two-dimension image can improve accuracy in diagnosing thyroid diseases. |
