| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院药品不良反应发生特点及引发的相关因素,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2006年1月1日-2007年12月30日收集到的182例报告分别从药物种类,给药途径及患者年龄等方面进行统计分析。结果182例不良反应中,涉及抗生素127例,占69.8%;中药注射剂23例,占12.6%。静脉给药引起的不良反应160例,占87.9%。不良反应最常见的表现为皮肤及其附件损害。结论应加强对抗感染药物及中药注射剂的监测,避免或减少药品不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） for their rational use in clinic.Methods The 182 ADR cases had been collected from Jan l,2006 to Dec.31,2007 in the third people＇s Hospital of Hefei.All the cases were analyzed in respect of drug species、route of administration and the patients＇ age.Results Of 182 ADR cases 127 cases accounting for 69.8% relate to antibioties.23 cases accounting for 12.6% relate to traditional Chinese medicine injections.160 cases（87.9%） are intravenous injection ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion.Conclusion Rational use of anti-infective drugs and the good quality of the traditional Chinese medicine injection should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR. |
