| 摘 要： | 目的了解药物对老人引起的不良反应,为临床用药提供警示。方法对该中心收集到的84例老人不良反应病历报告进行分类统计和分析评价。结果引起老人不良反应的药物共有56个品种,其中抗生素类药品占首位,其次为中药,循环系统用药。途径以静脉用药为主。不良反应的分类以消化系统最为常见,其次为皮肤及附件损害和神经系统的损害。结论应合理使用药品,减少不良反应的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To survey the old man's adverse drug reactions for their safe use in clinical practice.Methods ADR cases were analysed in Maanshan center for ADRs monitoring.Results 84 ADR cases were associated with 56 drugs,commonly among which antibiotic drugs share first,the next for Chinese herbal medicine and drugs for the circulatory system.Primary admistering approach is intravention.That the classification of ADR injures with digestive system is the most familiar,the next in order for skin and enclosures with the damage of the nervous system.Conclusion Rational drug use should be attached importance to decrease the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
