| 摘 要： | 目的 测定苄达赖氨酸滴眼液的含量和有关物质。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱：DiamonsilC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）流动相：乙腈：1％醋酸（50：50）。结果苄达赖氨酸对照品在25～250mg·L^-1范围内峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=2223X＋538．78，相关系数为R^2=0．9993。结论所用方法简便、准确，可用作苄达赖氨酸及其滴眼液的含量测定及有关物质的检查。

| Abstract: | Aim To determine the related substances of bendazac lysine eye drops.Method HPLC was adopted.The column was Dikma Diamonsil TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%HAC(50∶50).Results It had good linearity range from 25 mg·L-1 to 250 mg·L-1.The regression equation is Y=2223X+538.78,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9993.Conclusion The method shows high sensitivity and accuracy,and be used to determine the related substances of bendazac lysine eye drops. |
