| 摘 要： | 目的优选舒肤软膏的工艺。方法以总蒽醌含量为指标,以粒度、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数(时间)为因素,采用正交设计的方法对舒肤软膏的浸膏制备工艺进行了优选。结果药材粉碎成最粗粉,用5倍量85%乙醇回流提取两次,每次2h为最佳工艺。结论该工艺可保证较高的总蒽醌含量和转移率,简便、易行;所制得的软膏符合中国药典的规定。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Shufu ointment.Methods L9（34）orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the extraction process taking the content of total anthraquinones as index with the granularity,alcohol concentration,the amount of solvent and extraction time as factors.Results The optimal process wsa cruded drug crushed into very coarse,reflux extraction twice with 5 times of 85% ethanol,each for 2 hours.Conclusion The preparation technology can guarantee a high level of contents of total anthraquinones and transferring rate,which is stable and feasible.The ointment made meets the requirements for Shufu ointment in China pharmacopoeia. |
