NOB1在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨胃癌组织中NOB1的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测70例胃癌组织和对应的经病理检查无明显异常的胃切缘组织（作为对照组）中NOB1的表达情况，并分析其与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果70例胃癌组织中NOBl的阳性表达率为65．7％（46/70）高于切缘胃黏膜中NOB1的阳性表达率（47．1％，33/70）（P〈0．05）。不同分化程度和临床分期的胃癌组织中NOB1蛋白阳性率存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），有淋巴结转移和远处转移者分别高于无淋巴结转移和远处转移者（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌组织中NOB1蛋白表达上调，并与胃癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关。

Expression and clinical significance of NOB1 in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of NOB1 in gastric cancer. Methods Expression of NOB1 in 70 cases of gastric cancer specimens and the corresponding cutting edge specimens without significant pathological change（ as control specimens） was investigated by immunohistochemical methods. The relation between the expression of NOB1 and clinieopathological characters in gastric cancer patients was analyzed. Results The positive expression of NOB1 in 70 cases of gastric cancer tissues was 65.7% （46/70）,which was higher than that in the corresponding gastric mucosa at cutting edge specimens （47.1%, 33/70） （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant dlfferenees in expressions of NOB1 in gastric cancer tissues between different differentiation degrees and TNM staging（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression of NOB1 in gastric cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion NOB1 expression in gastric cancer is increased and significantly statistically associated with differentiation degree, TNM stages, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.
