靶向递药系统白蛋白纳米粒的研究进展

摘    要:白蛋白纳米粒作为一种新型制剂,显示出独特的靶向肿瘤机制,且本身具有可生物降解、无毒、无抗原性、病人耐受等特点而表现出良好的应用前景。该文通过对白蛋白纳米粒国内外研究近期文献的归纳整理,较为系统的介绍了白蛋白纳米粒及其制备工艺、质量评价、药代动力学研究等。

Abstract:AThe novel formulation of albumin nanoparticles is promising in clinical application because it has a unique mechanism of targe ting tumor cells and also it is inherently biodegradable, non-toxic, non-antigenic and Well tolerated in patients. Based on recent literatures of domestic and international research on albumin nanoparticles, this article provides an overview of albumin nanoparticles including the preparation procedure, quality evaluation and pharmacokinetic studies, etc.
