摘    要:目的 探讨后疫情时代医学生心理弹性、积极情绪和学习倦怠的关系。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年1月陕西省高校医学生450名。采用一般情况调查表、大学生学习倦怠问卷、心理弹性量表、正负情绪量表,对432名医学生进行调查并进行路径分析。结果 医学生学习倦怠发生率为36.57%,与学习倦怠差异有统计学意义的有生源地(t=-2.03,P=0.043)和志愿选择(F=7.12,P=0.001)。Person相关分析显示:心理弹性与积极情绪呈正相关;学习倦怠与心理弹性和积极情绪呈负相关。医学生积极情绪在心理弹性与学习倦怠之间起中介作用(-0.14),占总效应86.59%。结论 后疫情时代医学生积极情绪和心理弹性与学习倦怠密切相关,积极情绪在心理弹性与学习倦怠之间起到中介作用。心理弹性作为医学生角色内在特征短时间难以改变,但通过干预学生积极情绪水平,可以改善学习倦怠问题,提高医学生学习效率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between psychological resilience, positi-ve mood and study burnout among medi cal students during post-pandemic era.Methods A survey of 432 medical students was conducted using the General Situation Ques tionnaire, Learning Burnout Ques-tionnaire, Resilience Scale and Positive and Negative Affective,and the path analysis was performed. Results The incidence of learning burnout among medical students was36.57 %, with origin (t=2.03, P=0.043) and voluntary choice (F=7.12, P=0.001). Personcorrelation analysis showed that resilience was positively associated with positive emotions,and learningburnout was negatively associated with resilience and positive emotions. Medi-cal students'' positive emotions played a mediating rolebetween psychological resilienceand learning burnout (0.14), accounting for 86.59 % of the total effect.Conclusions Positive emo tions and psychological resilience of medical students are closely related tolearning burnout during post-pandemic era, and positiveemotions play a mediating rolebetween psychological resilience and learning burnout. As an internal characteristic of therole of medicalstudents, psychological elasticity is difficult to change in a short time, butit is the cornerstone of medical education to improve the problem of students ''learningburnout and promote the improvement of medical students'' learning efficiency.
