胃癌中uPA、肿瘤浸润性巨噬细胞的表达及其与血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的探讨胃癌组织中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)的表达和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)的浸润与胃癌的发生发展和血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例胃炎组织及50例不同分化程度胃癌组织中TAMs、微血管密度(MVD)及uPA的表达。结果(1)胃腺癌中uPA的阳性表达率明显高于胃炎组织及印戒细胞癌(P〈0.01),且与胃癌的转移有关(P〈0.05)。(2)胃癌中TAMs计数显著高于胃炎组织(P〈0.01),且有淋巴结转移组TAMs计数高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。(3)uPA、TAMs及MVD三者存在正相关性(P〈0.05)。结论uPA、TAMs及MVD三者协同作用促进肿瘤的发生发展及转移。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) and the infiltration of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) in human gastric cancer and their relationship to the tumor progression and angiogenesis. Methods TAMs,mi- crovessel density(MVD) and uPA were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidinperoxidase method( S-P method) in 20 gastritis and 50 differentiated gastric cancer. Results First, uPA positive expression in gastric adenocarcinoma was higher than that in the gastritis and signet-ring cell carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and uPA positive expression was concerned with the metastasis of gastric cancer ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Second,TAMs counts in gastric cancer were more than those in gastritis (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and in lymph node metastasis group,TAMs counts were more than those in no-metastasis group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Third, uPA, TAMs and MVD had positive correlation with each other( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion uPA,TAMs and MVD have synergistic effect with each other in development and metastasis of gastric cancer.
