穿心莲内酯及其衍生物药代动力学研究进展

摘    要:穿心莲内酯为从爵床科植物穿心莲中提取得到的二萜内酯类化合物,是中药穿心莲的主要有效成分之一。近年研究表明,其多种衍生物在溶解性等方面优于原型药物,促使含穿心莲内酯及其衍生物的药物在临床上被广泛应用。该文阐述了穿心莲内酯及其衍生物的药代动力学研究进展,以为这一天然活性成分的开发和利用提供依据。
