| 摘 要： | 探讨ＱＲＳ延长对于判断冠心病患者心肌缺血的临床价值。方法观察比较４８例冠心病患者及５０例正常人心电图活动平板运动试验是期、ＳＴ压低值及ＪＴｃ间期的变化。结果冠心病组运动后ＱＲＳ显著延长，且其延长程度与ＳＴ压低值之间呈良好正相关，而正常组运动后ＱＲＳ轻度缩短，两组ＪＴｃ间期与心率变化相适应。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of QRS prolongation in treadmill exercise test of patient with coronary artery disease.Methods Change of QRS duration, ST segment depression and JTc interval of 50 normal control and 48 cases with cornary artery disease from start to finish of treadmill exercise test were compared.Results QRS duration increased significantly in the coronary artery disease group after the exercise. QRS prolongation was directly related to the ischemic ST segment depression. QRS decreased after the exercise in normal control group. The adaption rate of JT interval was similar in both group.Conclusion The exercise induced QRS prolongation was a characteristic of myocardial ischemia of patients with coronary artery disease. |
