| 摘 要： | 目的研究肾功能不全患者细胞色素P4502D6酶的CYP2D6＊10等位基因的基因多态性。方法采用5引物单管聚合酶链反应扩增CYP2D6＊10等位基因,对103例肾功能不全患者的细胞色素P4502D6酶基因型进行分析。结果 103例肾功能不全患者的CYP2D6＊10等位基因频率为49.51%,其中33例（32.04%）为野生型（C/C）,32例（31.07%）为突变型（T/T）,其余38例（36.89%）为杂合子型（C/T）,与健康汉族人群比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。C等位基因频率为50.5%,T等位基因频率为49.5%。结论 CYP2D6＊10等位基因是影响肾功能不全的一个因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cytochrome P4502D6 genetic polymorphism of CYP2D6＊10 allele in patients with renal disfunction.Methods The genotypes of the cytochrome P4502D6 was analyzed by five primers polymerase chain reaction （ PCR ） to amplify CYP2D6＊10 allele in a single tube in 103 patients with renal disfunction.Results The results showed that the genotype frequency of CYP2D6＊10 was 49.51%, including 33（32.04%） of homozygous wild type（C/C）,32（31.07%） of homozygous mutant type（T/T）, and 38（36.89% ） of heterozygous genotypes（C/T） in 103 patients with renal disfunction.The C allele frequency was 50.5%, and T allele frequency was 49.5%.Conclusion The CYP2D6＊10 allele is a facror which was related to renal disfunction. |
