| 摘 要： | 黄酮类化合物是一类存在于多种植物中的多酚化合物 ,研究发现它们具有许多潜在的药用价值 ,其中抗肿瘤作用是一个研究热点。其抗肿瘤作用主要表现在抗细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、干预细胞信号转导和增强抑癌基因活性及抑制癌基因表达等功效。本文就黄酮类化合物抗肿瘤作用的研究进展进行综述。

Development in research of antitumor effect of flavones compounds |

| Abstract: | Flavonoid compounds are polyphenol compound. The research discovers that flavones compounds have many potential pharmaceutical usages. One of which is its anti tumor effect and that is a research focus on. Its anti tumor effect exhibits cell proliferation suppression, appoptosis induction, cell signal disturbing, tumor suppression gene activity enhancing and oncogene expression suppression etc. Here the recent research progress in anti tumor effect of flavones compounds is reviewed. |
