银杏叶口服液对冠心病病人低密度脂蛋白氧化的抑制作用

摘    要:目的 :探讨银杏叶口服液对冠心病病人低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰的影响。方法 :冠心病病人 30例 ,给予银杏叶口服液 10mL(含总黄酮苷 0 .6mg/mL) ,po ,tid ,4wk为一疗程。健康人对照组 34例。结果 :病人服药前血清氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox_LDL)、丙二醛 (MDA)水平显著高于健康人 (P <0 .0 5) ,维生素C显著低于健康人 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后血清ox_LDL ,MDA分别降低 2 3%± 8%及15%± 6% ,维生素C升高 33%± 10 % ,与治疗前相比均差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :银杏叶口服液能抑制冠心病病人低密度脂蛋白的氧化 ,降低血清MDA、提高维生素C水平 ,因而有利于冠状动脉疾病的防治。

Abstract:AIM: To explore the effects of Yin_xing_ye kou_fu_ye on oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). METHODS: The 30 CAD patients (M 24, F 6; age 62±s 6 a) were given Yin_xing_ye kou_fu_ye 10 mL, po, tid, for 4 wk and 34 healthy persons (M 28, F 6; age 60±9 a) served as controls. RESULTS: The levels of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox_LDL) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were increased and ascorbic acid were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in CAD patients than controls. After treatment, the ox_LDL, MDA and TC decreased by 23%, 15%, respectively; the ascorbic acid was increased by 33%. Compared with pretreatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05). CONCLUTION: Yin_xing_ye kou_fu_ye could inhibit the oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein, decrease MDA and TC increase ascorbic acid in CAD patients. So it might be used to treat CAD.
