驻岛基层官兵心理健康状况及相关因素研究

目的调查驻岛基层官兵的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活事件问卷及自编一般情况调查表对某海防团528名基层官兵进行测试。结果驻岛基层官兵抑郁、焦虑发生率高于普通人群,与抑郁、焦虑显著相关的生活事件主要有人际关系紧张、期望值未实现、名誉受损、家庭问题、婚恋问题和驻防环境;驻岛官兵SCL-90总分、各因子分、阳性项目数显著高于国内的军人常模与全国成人常模(P<0.05)。结论总体上,驻岛基层官兵心理健康水平相对较差,应重视他们的心理咨询,以提高其心理素质。

Psychological health conditions and related factors of grass roots soldiers in islands

Objective To investigate the psychological health conditions and related factors of grass roots soldiers in islands.Methods The self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Symptom Checklist90(SCL-90),life event questionnaires and a self-made questionnaire of general conditions were used on528soldiers and officers from grass roots in coast defense troops.Results The occurring rates(11.3%,8.1%)of depression and anxiety to the soldiers in islands were higher than those of the common.The main related life events were sensitivity to personal relations,expectation non-realized,reputation being injured,the problems from family,the marriage-love disturbs of positive items of SCL-90to the soldiers in islands were much higher than those of Chinese armyman and the internal usual fellows (P<0.05).Conclusion Generally speaking,the psychological health conditions of the soldiers and officers from grass roots in islands were relatively poor.The efficient psychological consulting services should be given to them in order to raise their psychological quality.
