摘    要:目的:本文阐述了药物化学图形资源系统开发意义、设计方法及构建网络应用平台的全过程。方法:本系统以Eclipse-JAVA语言平台作为开发环境,以SQL Server 2005数据库作为图形数据存储工具,利用面向对象技术和图形处理技术,设计了基于B/S结构的"药物化学结构式图形资源系统"。结果:本系统实现了药物化学结构式图形及信息的分类存储、按药物的名称、性状等信息分类的快速检索及按药效分类的模糊查询等功能。结论:系统具有用户界面友好,使用便捷,内容丰富、支持多种查询方式等特点,为药学工作者带来了方便。

Construction and Application of Graphics Visual System for Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Abstract:Objective:This paper mainly introduces the development,design and construction of graphic visual system for pharmaceutical chemistry,and the front page the background database of the entire process.Methods:including the construction of computer environment,new perspective for web pages design,and the method of using the graphic system and its advantages.This paper mainly introduces the visualization system of Medicinal Chemistry,which uses the Eclipse-JAVA language and SQL Server 2005 database as a background database.Results:The system offer online real-time retrieval service of Medicinal Chemistry structured graphics,access to drug-related Chinese name,English name,IUPAC name and other functions.Medicinal chemistry graphic visualization system is a computer network technology used in pharmacy,which combines visualization and graphics.After a complete system test,it shows that the system has a user-friendly,simple,and accurate information.Users who inquires the chemical structure of drugs,only need to input the Chinese name,English name,IUPAC name and molecular formula of any kind or classification in accordance with the efficacy of drugs and then the system will be able to search quickly and accurately related to the given structured graphics,as well as the other drug information.Conclusion:The system advanced the pharmaceutical research,facilitating the pharmaceutical workers.
