| 摘 要： | 褐藻胶寡糖(Alginate Oligosaccharide, AOS)是褐藻胶降解而产生的一种功能性寡糖，大小在2~25个糖单元不等，其水溶性强，稳定性高，而且具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抑菌、降血压、肠道菌群调节等多种生物学活性，在药物研发、保健食品功能开发和农业应用等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文主要综述了褐藻胶寡糖在医药、保健食品等领域的生物活性和应用。

| Abstract: | Alginate Oligosaccharide (AOS) is a kind of functional oligosaccharide produced by the degradation of alginate. It ranges in size from 2 to 25 sugar units and has strong solubility and high stability. AOS has a variety of biological activities such as immune regulation, antitumor, antibacterial, antihypertensive, gut microbiota regulation and other biological activities. Thus, AOS has a wide range of applications in the fields of drug researches, food developments and agricultural applications. This article reviews the recent advances in our understanding of the biological activities of AOS. |
