| 摘 要： | 研究了在酸性条件下过氧化氢对壳聚糖的氧化降解反应，讨论了过氧化氢浓度、温度及反应时间对氧化降解反应的影响。结果表明，用过氧化氢使壳聚糖氧化降解是制备药用低分子量壳聚糖的一种简便易行的方法。

| Abstract: | The oxidative degradation of chitosan in the acidic condition was investigated and the effects of concentration of H2O2 temperature and reaction time on the oxidative degradation were diseuased respectively. The results showed that the methed of oxidative degradation of chitosan with H2O2 is convenient and effective for preparation of chitosan with low-molecular-weight. |
