氧化型细胞色素C注射液的制备及稳定性研究

摘    要:制备了氢化型细胞色素C注射液,利用热加速和光加速法研究了该制剂的稳定性,并与国产细胞色素C注射液及注射用细胞色素c冻干剂(均为还原型)对照。结果表明,所制备的氧化型细胞色素C注射液的热稳定性比后两者高,25℃贮存期分别为8、2.6及3年,光加速实验表明氧化型细胞色素C注射液对光亦较稳定。

Abstract:Cytochrome C (Fe3+) injection was preparared and its stability was studied with heat acceleration method and light acceleration method, meanwhile, contrasted with national Cytochrome C (Fe2+) injection and Cytochrome C (Fe2+) lyophilized preparation (also for injection). The results showed that the Cytochrome C (Fe3+) injection was rather stable to heat than the two Cytochrome C (Fe2+) preparations, with shelf-life of 25℃ were 8, 2.6 and 3a respectively. The Cytochrome C (Fe3+) injection was quite stable to light as well.
