地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的疗效观察

目的:探讨地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年3月—2011年3月大连大学附属中山医院收治的先兆流产患者共160例,以随机抽样法分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用地屈孕酮片,对照组采用黄体酮注射液。结果:治疗后2组患者的孕酮值均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),而治疗后2组的孕酮值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的出血量、症状消失时间和持续时间稍低于对照组;实验组与对照组的保胎成功率分别达91.25%、87.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地屈孕酮片治疗先兆流产的疗效确切,可达到与黄体酮注射液相同的作用效果,无明显的不良反应,且服用方便。

Efficacy of Dydrogesterone for Threatened Abortion

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone tablet for threatened abortion.METHODS: A total of 160 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Dalian University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital between Mar.2010 and Mar.2011 were randomized to either trial group receiving dydrogensterone tablets or control group receiving progesterone injection.RESULTS: After treatment,the level of progesterone in both two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),however,the differences between the two groups after treatment were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The amount of bleeding,time to symptom disappearance and duration of symptom in the trial group were slightly lower than in control group.The differences in achievement ratio of tocolysis between the trial group and the control group were not statistically significant(91.25% vs.87.50%,P>0.05),and the differences in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Dydrogesterone tablet was proved to be as effective as progesterone injection yet without obvious adverse drug reactions and it is convenient to use in the treatment of threatened abortion.
