| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院抗菌药物的使用情况及特点，并进行合理性分析。方法：收集2006-2008年我院抗菌药物的相关数据，用Microsoft Excel统计并结合病史抽查、细菌耐药情况等进行分析讨论。结果：抗菌药物的消耗以头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类和碳青霉烯类等广谱抗茵药物为主，抗真菌药所占比例也较大，日均抗菌药物费用增长偏快。结论：我院抗菌药物使用基本合理，但仍有许多问题有待改进。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the status, characteristics and rationality of the utilization of antibacterials in our hospital. METHODS： The data about the antibacterials used from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically using Microsoft Excel and discussed by reviewing combining patients＇ cases history and bacterial resistance etc. RESULTS： In terms of the consumption of antimicrobials, broad - spectrum antibiotics including cephalosporins, quinolones and carbapemem took the lead, and the proportion of antifungal agents was also high. The mean daily cost of antimicrobials increased sharply. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antimicrobials in our hospital is reasonable on the whole, but there are still many problems remain to be solved. |
