复方甘草酸苷联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎54例的疗效观察

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液(美能)联合苦参素(博尔泰力)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效与不良反应.方法:选择107例在我院住院的慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为治疗组(54例),对照组(53例).对照组采用博尔泰力注射液400mg肌肉注射,1日1次,连续12周为1疗程;治疗组在对照组基础上加用美能注射液60ml加入10%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,1日1次,连续6周,之后改为美能片剂,每次2片,1日3次,连续6周;两组同时给予复方氨基酸、维生素类常规护肝治疗.结果:治疗组临床显效率为48.2%,总有效率为92.6%,对照组临床显效率为32.1%,总有效率为77.4%;治疗组在临床症状及体征改善、肝功能改善,乙型肝炎病毒阴转率方面明显优于对照组,具有显著的统计学意义(P＜0.05),且未见严重不良反应.结论:应用美能联合博尔泰力治疗慢性乙型肝炎的方法可大幅提高临床疗效,不良反应轻微,值得进一步研究、推广.

Observation of Curative Effect of Glycyron Combined with Oxymatrine Complex on Chronic Type B Hepatitis (HB) in 54 Cases

OBJECTIVE:To study clinical effect of glycyron(SNMC) combined with oxymatrine complex(Bo'er tai li) on chronic HB and adverse reactions. METHODS: 107 inpatients with chronic HB in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (54 cases) and control one (53 cases). 400mg oxymatrine complex injection was given intramuscularly in control group, once per day for 12 weeks;400mg oxymatrine complex combined with 60ml glycyron injection were injected into 10% glucose injective solution for iv. injection, once per day for 6 weeks. Then took glycyron tablet for 2 pills each time, 3 times per day for 6 weeks;In addition, routine liver protecting drug amino acid and vitamins were given to 2 groups. RESULTS: Clinical excellence rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 48.2% and 92.6%, in control group were 32.1% and 77.4% ,respectively. Treatment group obviously surpassed control group in improving clinical symptoms, signs and hepatic function as well as the rate of HB virus turning to negative. There was obvious statistical significance (P<0.05), no serious adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Combined usage of glycyron with oxymatrine complex for the treatment of chronic HB can greatly improve clinical curative effect, adverse reactions are slight,so this method should be further studied and spread.
