摘    要:目的探讨放射性131碘(131I)治疗对甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者白细胞的影响。方法利用全自动血液分析仪对20例健康人和128例甲亢患者131I治疗前、治疗后7d及3个月白细胞系列(包括白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数、单核细胞数等)进行检测并分析研究。结果各组131I治疗后7d白细胞数均升高、中性粒细胞数升高、淋巴细胞数降低(P〈0.05);治疗后3个月白细胞水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不同性别、年龄、治疗剂量组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 131I治疗辐射对甲亢患者白细胞影响轻微,为一过性,不受性别、年龄及治疗剂量等因素影响,无需升白药物干预。

Abstract:Objective To observe 131I radiotherapy radiation effects on leukocyte in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods The level of leukocyte series (including leukocyte sum,granulocyte,lymphocyte and monocyte) were measured by full automatic hemocyte analyzer in 20 normal subjects and 128 patients with hyperthyroidism (before 131I radiotherapy,and 7 days and 3 months after 131I radiotherapy).The changes of leukocyte level were analyzed and compared with that of normal group or before 131I radiotherapy.Results The levels of leukocyte and granulocyte increased (P0.05),lymphocyte decreased(P0.05) 7 days after 131I radiotherapy.The levels of leukocyte,granulocyte,lymphocyte and monocyte 3 months after 131I radiotherapy showed no significant difference with that before 131I radiotherapy (P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups of different sexes,ages and dosages (P0.05).Conclusion The radiation effect of 131I radiotherapy has minor influence on leukocytes of the patients with hyperthyroidism.There seems to be no need to interfere by drugs to increase leukocytes.
