军人精子库自精保存官兵心理特征分析及干预对策

目的：调查分析军人精子库中自精保存官兵的心理特征。方法选择2013年8-12月解放军202医院军人精子库522名自精保存官兵,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和自制调查问卷调查了解522名官兵的心理状况与心理顾虑。依据心理顾虑调查结果将522名官兵分为有顾虑组（n=100）及无顾虑组（n=422）,对有顾虑组实施心理干预后再次进行SCL-90评分,有顾虑组于心理干预前、后分别与无顾虑组进行SCL-90评分比较。结果522名自精保存官兵SCL-90总均分及各因子分与国内常模比较差异无统计学意义（ P〉0．05）。心理干预前有顾虑组与无顾虑组比较,除焦虑、偏执外,SCL-90总均分及各因子分差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0．05）；心理干预后两组SCL-90总均分及各因子分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论军人精子库自精保存官兵的总体心理状况良好,但部分官兵存在心理顾虑,对这部分官兵实施针对性的心理干预措施,可解除其心理顾虑,使其积极参与自精保存。

Psychological Characteristics Analysis of Officers and Soldiers in Preparation of Their Own Sperms in PLA Sperm Bank

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of officers and soldiers prepareing sperms for themselves in PLA Sperm Bank. Methods The psychologic status and considerations of 522 officers and soldiers pre-pared sperm for themselves in PLA Sperm Bank were investigated with SCL-90 and self-made psychological health ques-tionnaire from 2013 August to December. The 522 officers and soldiers were divided into consideration group （n=100） and group without consideration （n=422） according to the results. The consideration group was investigated with SCL-90 again after psychological intervention, and scores of SCL-90 before and after psychological intervention in consideration group were respectively compared with that of group without concern. Results The differences in SCL-90 total average score and each factor score in 522 officers and soldiers showed no statistical significances compared with those in national norm （P〉0. 05）. Before psychological intervention, there were significantly differences in SCL-90 total average score and each factor score compared with those in group without consideration, except for anxiety and paranoid scores （P〈0. 05）;after psychological intervention, the differences in SCL-90 total average score and each factor score in the two groups showed no statistically significances （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The psychologic status of officers and soldiers prepareing sperms for themselves in PLA Sperm Bank is good in general, but some people have psychological considera-tions, and they should under go targeted psychological intervention to relieve their considerations, and make them ready for the preparation.
