院内制剂金黄膏联合放血疗法对下肢丹毒病程及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨院内制剂金黄膏联合放血疗法对下肢丹毒病程及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年10月—2021年2月收治的下肢丹毒患者60例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用院内制剂金黄膏外敷联合放血疗法,比较两组治疗前、治疗1个疗程后血清炎症因子和抗氧化因子水平;比较两组治疗期间局部皮温、生活质量及临床效果。结果:治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)低于对照组(P<0.05),抗氧化因子丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d和治疗后7 d,观察组局部皮温恢复正常且低于对照组(P<0.05),诺丁汉健康问卷评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),无效率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性下肢丹毒患者,使用院内自制金黄膏联合三棱针放血治疗,能有效控制机体炎症反应,提高抗氧化能力,缩短病程,提高患者生活质量。

The effect of hospital preparation Jinhuang ointment combined with bloodletting on the course of lower limb erysipelas and quality of life

Objective:To explore the effect of hospital preparation Jinhuang ointment combined with bloodletting on the course of lower limb erysipelas and quality of life.Methods:Sixty patients with lower limb erysipelas admitted from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group used hospital preparation Jinhuang paste external application combined with bloodletting on the basis of the control group.The changes in serum inflammatory factors and antioxidant factors levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Axillary temperature and quality of life were counted during the treatment of the two groups.To compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumour necrosis factor(TNF-α)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the antioxidant factor malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was treated 3 days and 7 days after treatment,the observation group's axillary temperature returned to normal and lower than the control group(P<0.05),the Nottingham Health Questionnaire score of quality of life was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05),and the observation group's recovery rate was significantly higher In the control group(P<0.05),the inefficiency was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute lower extremity erysipelas,the use of hospital preparation Jinhuang ointment combined with triangular needle bloodletting can effectively control the body's inflammatory response,improve antioxidant capacity,shorten the course of disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.
