摘    要:就第Ⅱ报及第Ⅴ报提出的用于选取薄层色谱最佳溶剂系统的均匀设计法进行了进一步的改进及实验验证,使其更趋完善。结果表明,该法不仅适用于已知混合物,而且适用于未知混合物,是一种比较简捷、快速且行之有效的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, we optimized the solvent systems of sulfa drugs and five traditionalChinese medicines for thin layer chromatography by means of uniform design method. The optimal sys-tem for the eleven sulfa drugs is benzene--n-butanol--n-hexane (5. 71:2. 86:1.43). The optimalsystems for Mu Xiang and Jiu Li Xiang are all absolute chloroform. The optimal systems for LiangMian Zhen and San Cha Ku are all acetonitrile--ethyl ether--methyl chloride--cyclohexane (0. 05:0. 3:0.1 :0.55). The optimal system for Jin Yin Hua is ethyl acetate--methyl chloride--formic acid(1:1:1). The method has been born out to be theoretical, simple and practical. In our opinion, it isan effective systematic method.
