帕瑞昔布用于腹腔镜术后早期镇痛效果的观察

目的观察患者应用帕瑞昔布对腹腔镜下手术后疼痛的镇痛效果。方法妇科行腹腔镜手术的患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。试验组于手术结束前20min静脉推注帕瑞昔布40mg,对照组静脉推注生理盐水。采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）评价静息时和咳嗽时的疼痛强度,并观察术后的不良反应。结果试验组术后12h静息时和咳嗽时的VAS评分均小于对照组,试验组术后镇痛效果显著。结论帕瑞昔布可有效缓解腹腔镜手术的术后疼痛,且无明显不良反应。

Observation of post-surgical pain relief of parecoxib in gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective To evaluate post-surgical pain relief of parecoxib in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods 80 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic operation were randomized equally to assign to trial group and contral group. AT 20 min before operation＇ s completion, trial group reeived parecoxib and control group received normal saline. The analgesic effect was assessed based on VAS scores at rest and with coughing,and adverse events after surgery were recorded. Results At 12 h after operation,VAS scores at rest and with coughing in trial groups was less than control groups＇. There was obvious analgesic effect in trial groups. Conclusion Parecoxib was able to relieve post-surgical pain of gynecological laparoscopic operation without adverse events.
