丹红注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨分析丹红注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效以及不良反应情况。方法选取从2011年7月至2012年10月在本院进行治疗的120例明确诊断的老年冠心病心绞痛的患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为对照组和观察组（各60例）。所有患者均进行一般综合治疗,在此基础上对照组用辛伐他汀进行治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率、心电图改善以及不良反应等情况。结果治疗后观察组和对照组的总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为95%、3.33%和78.33%、15%,其差异均有统计学意义（P
