紫外分光光度法测定阿奇霉素干混悬剂的含量

摘    要:目的建立紫外分光光度法测定阿奇霉素干混悬剂的含量。方法依据阿奇霉素与硫酸溶液(75→100)在pH值6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液中反应生成的络合物的光谱特征,选择482nm作为测定波长。结果阿奇霉素浓度在16~96μg/ml之间与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.3%(n=5),RSD为0.7%。结论本方法快速、简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective To establish caulsuspension' s concentration of Azithromycin by colorimetry method. Methods Choose determine wavelength at 482 nm on the basis of Azithromycin reacted with sulfuric acid solution(75→100),PB (pH = 6. 0)and generated comoles compound's optical spectrum characters. Resuits Azithromycin ( 16-96 μg/ml) showed fine linear relationship ( r = 0. 9997 ) with absorbability, average recovery was 99.3% ( n = 5 ) , RSD = 0.7%. Conclusion The method is quick, simple and accurate.
