血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇判断肺结核病患者疗效的临床研究

目的探讨血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇判断肺结核病患者治疗效果。方法 128例肺结核病患者抗结核治疗前后进行血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)的测定。结果治疗前和治疗后TG分别为(1.91±0.71)mmol/L和(2.83±0.85)mmol/L;TCH分别为(3.0±0.62)mmol/L和(4.1±0.81)mmol/L;两组间结果比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结核病患者三酰甘油、胆固醇检测对结核病患者的疗效判断有重要指导作用。

The clinical effects of TG and TCH of the blood lipid to judge the treatment result about the patient of tuberculosis

Objective To explore the treatment result of TG and TCH of the blood lipid to the patient of tuberculosis,Methods The expression level of triglyceride(TG),total choles-terol(TCH) were measured in 128 cases with tuberculosis were compared for them,Results The level of TG in cases with tuberculosis before and after treatment were(1.91±0.71)mmol/L and(2.83±0.85)mmol/L espectively;The level of TCH in cases with tuberculosis before and after treatment were(3.0±0.62)mmol/L and(4.1±0.81)mmol/L;There were all siginificant difference(P<0.01),Conclusion The detecting the level of TG and TCH about the patient of tuberculosis can play an valuable role o judge the treatment result about the patient of tuberculosis.
