| 摘 要： | 目的观察当归四逆汤防治放射性口腔炎、咽炎的临床效果。方法将92例欲行常规放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以当归四逆汤为主方,对照组46例以庆大霉素 利多卡因 氟美松混合溶液漱口,自放疗开始至放疗结束,期间两组进行疗效对照观察。结果治疗组放射性口腔炎、咽炎的发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组有效率84.8%,对照组有效率52.2%(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤防治放射性口腔炎、咽炎效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Dangguisini soup on stomatitis and pharyngitis caused by radiation |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of Dangguisini soup on stomatitis and pharyngitis caused by radiation.Methods 92 cases of head-neck malignancies who would accept conventional radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the former took Dangguisini soup during radiotherapy,while those in the latter rinsed their mouths with compounds of gentamicin plus dolicaine and dexamethasone during radiotherapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results Incidence rates of stomatitis and pharyngitis of the treatment group were less than that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effect rate of the treatment group was 84.8%,while that of the control group was 52.2%(P<0.05).Conclusion Dangguisi soup was effective on stomatitis and pharyngitis caused by radiation,it was worth applying more widely. |
