普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用分析

目的探讨某院普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。方法随机抽取2008年某院普外科手术病例200例,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,调查围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率为100%,使用最多的为头孢菌素类,术前≤2h的占73.00%,〉2h的占22.00%,未用的为5.00%,术后使用抗菌药物时间偏长。结论制定围手术期抗菌药物使用规定,强化临床医生规范用药,应加强围手术期抗菌药物使用的管理和监督,促进临床医生合理用药。

Investigation of antimicrobial applications in 200 preoperative patients in general surgery department

Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial drugs for preoperative patients in the general surgery department in a hospital. Methods Make statistic analysis of the antimicrobial drug application in preoperative period from the 200 general surgical operation cases randomly drawn during the period from Jan to December in 2008. Results Antimicrobial drugs were used by all patients in preoperative period. Cephalosporins was the most commonly used,which 73. 00% patients used in less than 2 h before surgery,22. 00% pa tients used more than 2 h and 5. 00% patients did not use. Antimicrobial drugs were used for comparatively longer period after surgery. Conclusion Regulation for antimicrobial drug application in preoperative period should be made to strengthen the rational use of drugs by clinical doctors. The supervision of drug administrative department should be reinforced.
