基于免疫激发态指标观察补中益气汤对小鼠免疫功能调节作用

摘    要:目的探讨补中益气汤对免疫激发态小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法将经卵清蛋白免疫过的小鼠40只分A、B两组,分别灌服补中益气汤和葡萄糖,1次,d,每次0.5ml/只,连续7d,第8天将所有小鼠再次加强免疫,再经7d,采血分离血清,用ELISA法检测血清中相应抗体的生成水平。结果补中益气汤组小鼠抗体生成水平明显低于葡萄糖组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。结论补中益气汤可以下调小鼠的免疫应答水平,降低抗体生成。

Regulation of functional immunity in mice with Buzhong Yiqi Tang based on immune excited state index

Abstract:Objective To investigate the regulation of functional immunity in mice with Buzhong Yiqi tang. Methods 40 mice immuned by egg protein were randomly divided into group A and group B, administered with Buzhong Yiqi Tang and glucose individually. The dose was 0.5 ml for each mouse one day and lasted for 7 days. The second immunization was conducted 7 days after the first immunization. Blood serum was separated and ELISA was used to examine antibody to egg protein on day 14 postimmunization. Results Compared with group B, antibody level was low in group A, and had statistic meaning (P〈0.01). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Tang is possible to decrease levels of antibody and immunity in mice.
