厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效分析

目的探讨老年高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法76例老年高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血压收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平。结果治疗前,两组SBP、DBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组SBP(133.16±5.08)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、DBP(72.35±2.19)mm Hg均低于对照组的(141.95±6.19)、(80.95±3.86)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率5.26%与对照组的7.89%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗可进一步提升疗效,有效控制血压及血脂水平,其安全性良好。

Analysis of the efficacy of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods A total of 76 patients with senile hypertension were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan in combination with amlodipine besylate.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and blood pressuresystolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],blood lipidstotal cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SBP(133.16±5.08)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and DBP(72.35±2.19)mm Hg of the observation group were lower than(141.95±6.19)and(80.95±3.86)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 81.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.26%in the observation group,which was not statistically significant compared with 7.89%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate treatment for senile hypertensive patients can further improve the efficacy,effectively control blood pressure and blood lipid levels,with good safety.
