白黎芦醇及其类似物的抗肿瘤活性及机制的研究进展

摘    要:二苯乙烯化合物具有广泛的生物活性,如抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节脂代谢等。本文着重对白藜芦醇及具有相同骨架的其他二苯乙烯化合物的抗肿瘤生物活性进行综述,主要介绍了新型二苯乙烯化合物对肺癌、垂体腺瘤、白血病、乳腺癌、黑素瘤、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌等多种肿瘤的抑制作用以及对不同肿瘤抑制机制的研究进展。

Abstract:The stilbenes have extensive biological activities, such as antiinflammation, antioxidation, antitumor activity and modulating the lipid metabolism etc. The review mainly summarizes the inhibitory effects of resveratrol and other stilbenes with same skeleton as resverstrol on lung cancer, pituitary tumour, leukemia, breast cancer, melanoma, uterine cervix cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the inhibition mechanism of stilbenoids on various tumors.
