葛根虎杖护肝丸治疗酒精性肝功能损害的临床研究

目的观察葛根虎杖护肝丸治疗酒精性肝损害临床使用的安全性和有效性。方法对180例门诊和住院患者确诊为酒精性肝功能损害及中医辨证肝郁脾虚证患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例,治疗组服用葛根虎杖护肝丸,对照组服用硫普罗宁。30 d为1个疗程,各服用2个疗程,观察和检测中医证候、肝功、血脂等指标变化情况。结果治疗组中医症候治疗总有效率为91.11%,明显优于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后肝区隐痛、食欲不振、疲乏无力、烦躁易怒、便溏不爽等中医单项症状疗效及积分变化比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除肝区隐痛疗效外,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗过程中未出现不良反应和副反应,无过敏反应,在整个治疗过程中,患者依从性好,无中断治疗者。结论葛根虎杖护肝丸对酒精性肝功能损害有明显的恢复作用。

Clinical study of Gegen Huzhang Hugan Pill on alcoholic liver function damage

Objective Observe the safety and efficacy of Gegen Huzhang Hugan Pill in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.Methods 180 outpatients and inpatients diagnosed to be alcoholic liver injury and Chinese medicine dialectical for liver spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(n=90)and control group(n=90).The treatment group was given Gegen Huzhang Hugan Pill,the control group was treated with Tiopronin.All of them were 30 days as a course of treatment,taking 2 courses of treatment,observation and detection of TCM syndromes,liver function,blood lipids and other indicators of change.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the treatment group was 91.11%,significantly better than 75.56%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the curative effect and integral changes of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as dull pain in liver area,loss of appetite,fatigue,irritability and loose stools between the two groups.Except that there was no significant difference in the curative effect of dull pain in liver area between the two groups,the rest of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.In the whole treatment process,patients had good compliance and no interruption of treatment.Conclusion Gegen Huzhang Hugan Pill has obvious recovery effect on alcoholic liver function damage.
