| Abstract: | In response to biopiracy,developing countries with rich genetic resources and traditional knowledge(GRTK)call for establishing international regime on access and benefit-sharing arising from the utilization of GRTK,in order to regulate its access,utilization and benefit-sharing and protect the rights and interests of providers of GRTK.The adoption of a series of international instruments such as the Convention on Biological Diversity and its Nagoya Protocol has gradually improved development of international rules or regime and protection of the rights and interests of GRTK providers. |
